How to balance.

We have to balance everyday or we would fall.
And we have to  stay up straight.
To balance you're arms need to on you're side and then you life them up like if you were on a tightrope.
To focus on a spot you need to stare at a wall with nothing distracting you.
And you're whole body needs to be the same weight.
In conclusion balance is important because you need you not fall and get hurt,and here are three steps:
1.Focus on a spot that has nothing that would distract you.
2.You need to keep an eye on weight or else you can't balance you will just fall.
3.You're arms need to be out and look straight.
